
Ed Davey's LGBT History Month Message 2023
Today marks the beginning of LGBT History Month - a time to discover the stories of the LGBT+ community, acknowledge the prejudice they have faced, and celebrate the progress that has been achieved.
We are the Liberal Democrat Regional Party covering Cheshire, Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. The Region exists to carry out campaigns activities, support our parliamentary representatives and candidates, provide training and mentoring for our dedicated activists and engage members. We also co-ordinate voluntary efforts across the region and run a twice-yearly conference for all North West members.

Our Spring 2023 Regional Conference will be held in Chester on 4th March 2023.
Our new 2023 Regional Executive team takes office today.

Many people have expressed concerns to us about traffic using the New Barn Lane/ Ashfield Road Railway bridge as a cut through. The cars speed through, despite the traffic calming and are travelling in both directions.
