Two years on: Time to go
On the second anniversary of the first COVID lockdown Lib Dem deputy leader in the Commons Daisy Cooper MP called for Boris Johnson to resign as Prime Minister.
She tweeted: "Two years ago today, Boris Johnson wrote to every household in the UK ordering them to stay at home. We followed the rules, he broke them.
"People missed funerals, weddings and birthdays while those in Downing Street partied. It's time for Johnson to take responsibility and go."
